The Plumber's Residential Council of Ontario

The Plumbers Residential Council of Ontario (PRCO) is an organization working together with Contractors, Contractor Associations and Accredited Bargaining Units and the United Association to succeed in the residential sector of Ontario. PRCO is recognized at the Ontario Labor Relations Board (OLRB) as the labor council representing 8 United Association Locals in the province of Ontario.
